I Heart My Macbook

Yes, my friends, I invested my hard-earned cash in a new computer. Gone is my desktop PC. It has been replaced by my glorious macbook. Kudos to Brian our IT guy. He's a superstar.

I'm just going to do a quick overview since it's late and I'm tired.
Uno: I have a mac
Zwei: I'm finally doing my volunteer yoga hours in February at the hospital and field house. If you know me, don't come to my class. It will make me nervous.
3: I'm moving this summer.
Vier: I'm not going to tell you where...yet.

Oh, I did go see Juno. Loved it, downloaded the soundtrack, and am memorizing quotes as I type. I'm in love with "Sea of Love". It's always been one of my favorite songs and this version is precious. The whole soundtrack is precious.

My Netflix pics for this week are Syriana, and Season 1 of 30 Rock. Coming up next week is the first season of the Showtime series The Tudors. I'll report back once I find time to watch them. I've been so busy lately.

Was anyone else nonplussed that the Golden Globes didn't really happen this year? Yeah. Me too. I like the Oscars, but I'm down with them not happening either. I'll hold my own private Oscars and announce my favorites of the year. Sometimes I think the Academy is full of crap anyways. It was all downhill after Shakespeare in Love won Best Picture. Blech. They only started redeeming themselves with The Departed, if you ask me. But why would anyone ask me?

So there you have it. My shiny, happy news. I'm sure there's more, but I can't think of it right now.

Cheers
