Slippin' and Slidin'

My goodness! We've had some winter weather recently. Like Melissa says, "Iowa certainly doesn't mess around. December 1st hits and BAM! Snow. Ice. Danger!" I've managed to only fall down the River Street hill twice so far (horray!). Last winter I think my total number of slips on that hill was somewhere in the teens...

So my friend, April, just got a new part-time job in the NICU. I'm super-psyched for her because she's also going back to school. Yay for important life changes! I'm a big fan. We've had a few more ladies at work announce they're pregnant. They just keep adding up. It's getting tricky now to keep everyone's due date and baby name straight. I just might make a flow chart. Oh how I love flow charts!

Yoga is going well. I'm hoping to get my volunteer hours in over the winter break. Core is opening a new location in North Liberty and it sure would be nice if I could teach some classes out there...
